I know…but DH (the evil stepfather) doesn’t just fix DD’s car for her, he takes the time to show her what is wrong, how it should be fixed and has her do a fair amount of it herself. She isn’t thrilled about it now but someday when a shyster car repair guy tells her the $1000 part needs replacing she will know what to look for.
