When I started seeing the commercials for Wreck-it Ralph last summer, I was so excited. More excited than I had been in quite some time to see a movie. I was insistent on seeing it right when it came out.
Unfortunately, the night we went, Ethan got really sick in the car on the way there – and Andrew was already pumped to see it – so I went home with Ethan, and Joe went to the movie with Andrew… So I finally had the chance to see it in January. I know, REALLY late – But still – better than never!
I was thoroughly impressed. I loved it! And was so pumped to get the movie on DVD – especially in 3D since our new Samsung Smart TV plays 3D movies! 
I love that this movie also has a digital copy, so I can let the kids watch it on the iPad, too!
If you haven’t seen Wreck-it Ralph yet, now is the time! If you’ve got younger kids – don’t waste your money on renting it – they’re going to want to see it again and again! My boys (2 and 4) are definitely classified as ‘scaredy cats’ (they’re afraid of Wall-E) – but they love this movie.
It’s available nationwide as of this past Tuesday, March 5th as 2-Disc Combo Pack (Blu-Ray + DVD) as well as 4-Disc Combo Pack (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy) and DVD only.

My daughter went with her friend (and her friend’s dad) to see this movie. She usually isn’t very good at retelling plots of movies or shows that she has seen but she was really able to describe it well which I see as a sign that she really enjoyed it. It would be great to watch Wreck it Ralph as a family on a Saturday night with some popcorn for movie time!!
