Mom’s the Word Maternity!

When I was 8 and 9 months pregnant (with both Micah and Emersyn), I measured small and everyone around me said I looked small, but I felt huge. And wearing odd-fitting, not-quite-long-enough scrub tops and t-shirts made me feel ugly and even bigger. So, when I got a maternity shirt from Mom’s the Word, I was super excited to have a nice-looking, well-fitting maternity shirt that was both cool enough for the weather and cute enough to wear to church!

Moms the Word Maternity

Mom’s the Word Nursing and Maternity Top

Made out of 95% bamboo and 5% spandex, the stretchy and soft Bamboo Rib Drape Nursing Top is so comfortable! The ribbed sides make it an adorable top over a pregnant belly, or hold the fabric together to cover a slowly shrinking belly post-baby.

Moms the Word Back

Plus, it can be worn backwards or forwards for a different look! Or to hide the spit up. Or to pretend you were awake enough to know which side is the front anyways. When worn frontwards, it also doubles as a nursing top, simply pull down the top layer and up the under layer and hook up that hungry baby! Comes in super handy in the church nursery!

Moms the Word Backwards

This particular maternity top costs $68, which is quite a bit more than I would pay for a shirt, but if you have money to splurge, this is a super cute and comfortable way to use it.

very cute and love that it is versatile. more $$ than i’d spend on a shirt though.

Have to agree – the versatility is an outstanding feature beyond being a good looking top.

That is such a cute top! My daughter had the hardest time finding maternity clothing that didn’t swallow her whole. This looks great!
