My own dad taught me so much. He’s an amazing influence and great example that I look up to. I have great respect for him and am incredibly thankful for the example and help he’s been in my life. I know I don’t tell him that enough, and I work today so hopefully I get a chance to call him at some point!
Peter is also an awesome daddy and husband. He’s wonderful to me, great with the youth at church, and getting better at being out of his comfort zone! He’s also a great daddy. It’s fantastic to watch him play with Micah, he gets the best giggles and little wrestling matches going, I can’t help but smile. He changes diapers, puts the little man to bed sometimes, and knows his routine and favorites better than I do some days. I’m looking forward to facing the challenge of two kids with him!

I’m glad you guys enjoyed Father’s Day, we had a get together to celebrate the Dads in our group.
Very nice sentiments and I love the cartoons too. I wasn’t feeling well on Father’s Day so I didn’t get to my dad’s house until late. He was so engrossed in some golf tournament that me, my brother and sister did the Sunday crossword, in ink I might add. After golf, we were able to sit out on the front porch and visit until after dark. It was very nice!
