H2OGO Water Toys
With warm summer weather comes water fun, and my kids love water! This spring, Micah is super excited to introduce you to H2OGo! H2OGo has some fantastically fun water activities, including tetherball, water slides and inflatable family pools! The first one we brought out was the H2OGO! Tetherball Splash, which is so fun!
H2OGO! Tetherball Splash is basically an inflatable tetherball pole that squirts water out from the top and from the ball. The distance and amount of water depends on how high you turn on the water pressure, we keep it pretty low for Micah so he feels like he’s in control of when and how he gets wet.
The set up of the H2OGO! Tetherball Splash was simple, but I definitely encourage you to have an air pump! The pole and center of the bottom are filled with air, the outer ring on the bottom is filled with water to act as a heavy base so it won’t tip over. The base actually works really well, it takes purposeful effort to tip it over! The ball is also filled with air but surrounded with 3 strips that spray out water. The water for the ball is supplied through the hose connection in the lower part of the pole, goes up an internal hose and out the top. The water does leak out some at the bottom connection point, but not enough to affect the spray out the top/ball.
The top hose connection can rotate, so while you won’t wrap the hose around the pole to “win”, you will have a great time hitting and kicking the ball back and forth to get each other wet! Or turn off the water and play dry on a cooler day.
Overall, H2OGO! Tetherball Splash is fun for many ages! Once it’s set up, it can stay set up for a while or deflate and empty the water to refill at a later date! Setup is simple, play can be as competitive or relaxed as you’d like, and it doubles and a sprinkler for your thirsty grass! We will definitely get lots of fun use out of this game all summer long!
