Father’s Day with SOL REPUBLIC #Giveaway

Father’s Day and Mother’s Day are about honoring and thanking your parents. This Father’s Day, I’m not only incredibly thankful for my dad who taught me more than I’ll ever know, but also for Peter, who is a great husband to me and father to Micah. And he will be a great dad to this new little bundle in my belly!

SOL REPUBLIC wants to help celebrate the fathers and mothers in your life! They sent me a pair of headphones to review and share with you! Plus, an awesome giveaway for one lucky winner!

Sol Republic – Master Tracks Mfi Over-the-ear Headphones

SOL REPUBLIC Master Tracks Over-the-Ear Headphones are awesome. Peter loves them, he was truly grinning cheek to cheek as he was opening them. His words: “these are the nicest most awesome headphones I have even worn!” Probably because they cost more than any headphones he’s ever worn, but also because SOL REPUBLIC makes fantastic, quality headphones! He didn’t want to even take them off, so he started playing a game on his phone with them on just because they felt amazing. He’s one very happy father!

SOL REPUBLIC Master Tracks Man

SOL REPUBLIC Master Tracks are Noise-Blocking Comfort

These super comfortable, totally adjustable, interchangeable headphones are awesome! Peter played music through them off his phone and I could hear it across the room (off his head of course) better and more clearly than any small speakers we’ve owned. They are also lightweight and noise blocking. Which means, Peter can block out Micah’s minutes of whining when we first put him to bed, yay! They aren’t totally noise-cancelling but they definitely block out a lot!

SOL REPUBLIC Master Tracks Pieces

SOL REPUBLIC Master Tracks are Easy to Use and Child-friendly

A great feature of the Sol Republic – Master Tracks Headphones is the 3-button mic and music control right on the cord! It can adjust the volume, pause/resume or skip songs, and answer or hang up calls. It’s also supposedly indestructible, which means we don’t have to worry if Micah gets ahold of them! We didn’t test their indestructability, but they feel solid and flexible, definitely not easy to damage.

My father could really use a nice pair of these – he insists he’s not losing his hearing, it’s just that everyone speaks too quietly. So when he watches tv at night downstairs, the whole house booms with sound from how hard he presses on that volume button. I use earplugs to block it out! Nice headphones plugged in to the tv would really solve the problem.

I dont have a father so I am commenting on my husband. He is such a great father. The kids just think he is the greatest. he works so hard to give them a good home and teaches them to be responsible. He shows them unconditional love and they are great kids because of him

My father passed away quite a few years ago. When he was alive, he was a farmer. He worked very hard. In fact, work was his life. He did slow down later in life and began to enjoy the little things in life more. His hard work did teach us valuable work ethics.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
