Dreambaby Spring Safety #Giveaway

Dreambaby® safety!

Safety covers so much more than just outlet plugs and stair gates, and Dreambaby® has a wide selection to help moms and dads fill lots of needs! With spring coming, some big needs they cover include cord connections, bright sunshine on car rides, and stroller supplies.
If you think about your garage or yard when you are outdoors working on projects, imagine your toddler getting ahold of the connection from you saw to the extension cord. The outlets may have covers and plugs, but a strong curious toddler is capable of pulling apart that extension connection. Dreambaby® has the solution for this: a Cord Clamp. Their cord clamp has a two-step process to open, which means it’s easy for adults but tough for little fingers and brains. On the inside there is a moving piece for be able to hold the two ends of the cords near enough to not accidently pull it apart within the clamp. I love this idea for safety working outside. I also love it for when I use extension cords inside, like on our baby monitor! Micah recently figured out he could disconnect his baby cam, which means I can’t see him and means he could shock himself in the process. The Dreambaby® cord clamp eliminates his ability to disconnect it and makes him safer in his room.

Bright sunshine is a year-round need, but I’ve noticed it a lot more as the warmer weather and sunshine make me happy but glare in my kiddos eyes on car rides! Emie cries and Micah gets angry when the sun shines through the windows and suddenly blinds them, and then I’m helpless since I’m driving and have no way to cover the sun. Window shades help this problem but we often have troubles with them not sticking or not covering. The Dreambaby® Insta-cling window shades stick to the window with their whole surface using static cling rather than using suction cups, so it sticks better and I can move it to other sections of the window if I need. Plus it pops open and closed for easy storage. So far so good! Now we just need someone to come up with a full-cover solution for the front window!

The third thing I got to review for you today is the Dreambaby® stroller organizer. We love taking out our tricycle stroller or out umbrella stroller because they are lightweight and small. Unfortunately neither has much storage for water bottles, snacks, or toys so I often find myself carrying along a bag or forgetting needed things at home. Dreambaby® has a StrollerBuddy stroller organizer that includes a net portion as well as cup holders for easier strolling, especially in hotter weather and longer walks when water can be so important.

Now that my baby is more mobile, safety is uber important. She’s curious and those little fingers are more capable than you’d think.

Safety is very important to me. My 2nd daughter is way more adventurous and accident prone than our 1st, so I am more paranoid now than ever.

Toddlers are unpredictable and no parent wants to see their child hurt so making sure things are safe is important.

Safety is one of the most important things! I work with a home visiting program, and while parents think of the corner guards and plug covers, there are a lot of safety issues that most people miss!
