While there are so many great outdoor activities on Liberty of the Seas that I love to do – especially when I’m stuck inside most of the winter: there are also a ton of fun indoor activities on Liberty of the Seas, which makes it really hard for me to want to be outside so much!
The great things we did indoor on Liberty of the Seas included but was so not limited to:
Shopping on the Royal Promenade
I had my mind set on souvenirs for my boys. They both wanted their own toy cruise ship, which could be found in the Royal Caribbean shop where just about everything sold there is branded with the Royal Caribbean logo!
Decorating Cupcakes:
On the Promenade there was a cupcake shop, which offers cupcake decorating classes! We had a blast decorating our very own cupcakes!
Catch a few Shows:
We also were sure to catch a show in Studio B: the indoor ice skating rink! Can you believe that they have amazing ice skaters putting on shows inside a ship?! it was pretty great, too!
We also filed in to the Platinum theatre for ‘Saturday Night Fever – the Musical’. I had never seen the movie before (Shh!!), so it was pretty fun for me to discover what it was all about!
Try your hand at the Casino:
On my first Royal Caribbean cruise back in 2006, my husband and I learned how to play Craps with a bunch of other cruise-goers. We walked away that night with over $400 of winnings! So playing Craps at the Casino Royale was one of my top to-do’s.
Live it up!:
There are plenty of bars around: the Schooner Bar has a pianist playing, Olive or Twist has some live entertainment as well as a beautiful view of the pool deck. The Catacombs is a fun dance-club with later hours for those who like to keep the party going.
Try all of the amazing food options:
I also had a chance with a few friends to visit Johnny rockets. This was one of my favorite dinners, since our waiter was so fun and the food was perfect!
Exercise:
If you’re a regular exerciser – or just looking for another release on-board: check out the fitness center, which has daily classes as well as plenty of workout equipment.
Release the Stress:
The Day Spa gave us a tour through their treatments – showing us each area we could set up for some luxurious relaxation and pampering.
All of these indoor activities are only a touch of what they have to offer for indoor activities on Liberty of the Seas.
