Contigo West Loop Travel Mug
100% leak and spill-proof, these travel mugs are awesome for hot and cold drinks! With the push of a button, it’s easy to drink. Or with the click of a switch, it’s easy to lock the button closed so I can’t accidently spill!
They only way I’ve ever leaked or spilled with these Contigo travel mugs is when I forgot to tighten the lid before shaking my hot chocolate…. then it got in the threads and leaked a bit. Easily remedied by tightening the cap the rest of the way.
The double wall also keeps hot drinks hot for 5 hours, or cold drinks cold for 12 hours. This is fantastic for car trips, work, and more. Contigo smartly put a warning on the wrapper and bottle to be careful when pushing the button with really hot drinks because pressure can build and it spits a little when opened initially. Truly, hot drinks stay super hot! I’ve forgotten about hot chocolate for 3-4 hours before and come back to it still at a perfect temperature. Yum. And keeping cold cold is almost impossible in AZ, so I’m thrilled with these Contigo mugs.
The best upgrade to the Contigo West Loop travel mug: the washable lid. The old design was hard to wash. The new design has a trigger to lift out the inside of the mug and makes it WAY easier to wash. The button and switch are also easier and smoother to press.
