Now that the frozen snowy tundra has finally hit Minnesota – *UGH!* – I am starting to see and feel the effects of the dry winter air.
Over the past several weeks I’ve been having to make sure to drink a ton of water at bed time, and keep it by my bed at all times – because the room is SO dry and I start coughing. Even without feeling ill, I usually wake up with a scratchy throat.
I’ve had to step up my game in the face-department as well. Meaning, I need a good facial moisturizer every morning (which I often skip during the humid summer months *eek!*) and my LIPS!. Oh don’t even get me started with my lips.

My lips are about the only part of me that I have to constantly care for in the winter… so finding a really good healing ointment is imperative!

In Minnesota the winter is very harsh with less than 5% humidity on a regular day. My younger one who is 8 now has eczema so we deal with chapped lips and joints all the time. Keep trying different creams.

In the winter my hands and lips can become dry and chapped because I spend the majority of weekends in ice arenas watching my sons play hockey. Dry, cold weather when I have a cold is awful! My lips are chapped and my nose is running. I need something to make things feel better.
Thanks for the giveaway…mostly winter causes more dryness on my face, so I use a moisturizing sunscreen year-round.
Dry winter weather causes my skin to get really dry and itchy and my lips get chapped constantly.

I live in Alaska, my lips/skin is dry cracked all winter..which is 6 months out of the year. i love this product, couldn’t live in AK without it
