This weekend my family and I are about to embark on another journey to the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells! I’m really excited to be sharing with you all about our trip, too!
It’s crazy cold here in the winter, so any sort of vacation where we can pretend that it’s not winter, is an A+ in my book! Just look at all the cool things that we’ll enjoy at the indoor waterpark!

It is! Despite my griping, I’m enjoying it a lot. It’s like Terminator with vampires…sort of. Poor Raziel, I hope things work out okay for him, but I have a feeling they won’t.
It really depends on what type of herb you use, as to what it does. It’s just another medium of delivering herbs to your body like a tincture, tea, capsule, etc. Traditionally though, oxymels are mostly used for respiratory afflictions, colds and coughs. Some herbs don’t release as many beneficial constituents into vinegar, which is why I primarily prefer alcohol based tinctures for their greater potency with a smaller dose required. Many people don’t want to use alcohol though, so this gives a viable (if weaker) alternative.

Our propane comp. changed our orfices for free. They charge around $40 per yr. tank rent and last time I checked propane was $1.70 per gallon. They install the tank and run new lines free of charge.Good luck!

I love this film. I think it’s soooooo underated. The colours remind me of Rembrandts pictures. It has a trivial plot, but it submerges you into an ocean full of truculent waves and there are only a very few moments were you get a chance to grasp for air. After seeing this film the next day my mind was wrapped around it. A MUST SEE!

Fabulous pic! One good thing about not working is that I don’t have to wear a watch. I like to take my awareness of time from natural sources if I can. Time to sleep is when I’m tired, time to eat is when I’m hungry etc. I can usually guess the hour of day or night by the “feel” of it – quality of light and sound, position of the sun or moon, maybe even smell too…Tea? Redbush for me please, with a little milk and no sugar. Or plain dandelion or peppermint. Nothing fancy and absolutely no chamomile, fennel or hibiscus thankyou!
