Starting Nutrisystem! #NSNation

February 29, 2012

Hey everyone! I’m super excited to tell you all that I’ll be starting on the Nutrisystem program as a Nutrisystem Blogger – very soon!

I’m pretty excited, but nervous about it – as I have several pounds to lose – and I’m worried about sticking to it.  But I *NEED* it.

I remember back when I got married the first time (almost 10 years ago now) We went on our honeymoon to Hawaii.  I was horrified about wearing a tank top in Hawaii, because I thought I was too FAT!! (even though it was the thinnest I had been in a long time).  I wore a size 8, and weighed about 140lbs.

I’m slightly embarrassed to admit about my current weight of 204 pounds and my size 16 clothing.  Most people don’t really guess that when they see me, but I definitely feel it. It’s taking a toll on my life with my family, and I am determined to change!

My goal over the next four months of Nutrisystem is to lose 6-8 pounds per month or for a total of 30lbs. Should be totally attainable.

I’ve got my gym membership – and now eating properly will go hand-in-hand with my workout efforts! I’ll be updating weekly here about how it’s going, not promising numbers every time – but definitely progress, thoughts, and feelings!

I’ve got to get down in size so I can look good in my swimsuit while at Brandcation: Bloggers gone Costal!

If you might be interested in joining along with me on your weight loss Journey – check out Nutrisystem now.  Now is the perfect time to start so that you’re bathing suit ready by summer!! Open-mouthed smile

I received the Nutrisystem plan free of charge in exchange for my reviews and experience with Nutrisystem.  My opinion is 100% my own.alogo1
