June 15, 2012

USFRA Twitter party details

What: A Twitter party with the US Farmers and Ranchers Alliance (USFRA) to discuss how pop culture affects people’s perception of food.

The party will preview a series of panel discussions about the intersection of food and entertainment in society, which will be taking place on USFRA’s Food Dialogues website on June 20 and 21.

For insights on this topic, we will be joined by real-life farmer/rancher Chris Chinn and other expert guests who will be participating in the panel discussions.

Monday, June 18, 2-3 p.m. ET

We’ll be on Twitter – follow the #FoodD hashtag to track the conversation.

You can see the details and RSVP via this Twtvite:

USFRA will give away five total prizes –

Four Sauce pans and One Grand Prize Cookware set!

Winners will be chosen randomly from among participants who respond correctly to trivia questions.

Hosts: @USFRA, @chrischinn & @theMotherhood

And I, @GrinCheek2Cheek will be one of your Co-Hosts!

  1. Sounds like a fantastic opportunity to find out information. Especially with all the talk about changing The Farm Act. I look forward to the open discussion as well as the twitter party. Thanks for posting about this subject.
